dcbel is seeking an HR operations professional to support the entire employee lifecycle across our Montreal office. You will manage HRIS data (BambooHR), assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, advantages and employee engagement initiatives in a quick-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have a university HR degree, 3+ years in HR, familiarity with HR certifications, and bilingual English/French communication. This full-time role offers growth, collaboration and impact.
