In this role, you will independently manage ICU patients, delegating tasks and coordinating care while monitoring vitals. The position demands a commitment to professional excellence and emotional intelligence to ensure a supportive setting for patients. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient care using nursing processes and standards
Monitor and update care team on patient assessments
Respond to medical emergencies for critical care patients
Delegate tasks to other health care team members
Document discharge planning for continuity of care Requirements:
Current RN (Registered Nurse) License
1-year ICU experience in an Acute Care setting
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Diploma or higher in Nursing, Bachelor’s preferred
