Work closely with the Director of Care and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective therapy services and promote residents' well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee comprehensive occupational therapy care delivery
Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations of residents
Collaborate with care teams on treatment goals
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services
Encourage resident participation and autonomy in care Requirements:
Baccalaureate degree in Occupational Therapy required
Must be licensed and in positive standing
Two years of clinical experience in geriatrics preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
