Duties
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote independence and dignity
Provide patient care including monitoring vital signs, assisting with medication administration, and supporting health routines under supervision
Support residents with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition according to individual dietary requirements
Help with light housekeeping tasks like cleaning patient areas, laundry, and maintaining a hygienic environment
Offer emotional support and companionship to individuals with dementia, disabilities, or those receiving hospice care




Assist with mobility and heavy lifting to ensure safe transfers and prevent injuries for both patients and staff
Document care activities accurately in patient records and communicate effectively with healthcare team members about patient needs

Requirements
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly desirable
Strong background in patient care, senior care, or hospice support preferred
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia is advantageous
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks with care
Excellent communication skills and compassionate attitude towards diverse patient populations
Knowledge of medication administration protocols and basic nursing procedures
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $18.03-$38.74 per hour
