We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude as they arrive, making them feel valued and comfortable
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing accurate information and taking reservations when needed
Assist servers and kitchen staff by communicating guest needs and special requests promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to ensure a welcoming environment
Support guest inquiries about menu items, restaurant policies,



or amenities with transparent and courteous communication

Skills
Proven experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality roles within a restaurant setting
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Familiarity with food service operations, including POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
Previous restaurant experience is preferred to understand flow and guest expectations
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus but not required
