Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting
Monitor resident health and document observations accurately




Participate in recreational activities to enhance resident engagement
Support residents during dining and mobility transitions
Report maintenance issues and ensure a safe setting Requirements:
Health Care Aide program completion required
Registration with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
Current CPR and First Aid certification needed
Ability to handle difficult situations with respect
