Responsibilities
Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to enhance their comfort and dignity
Support medication administration following proper protocols and under supervision when required
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Help with light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for residents or clients
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being,



especially for those experiencing dementia or other cognitive challenges
Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare specialists to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed
Assist individuals with disabilities in activities that foster independence and improve quality of life

Experience
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly valued
Experience caring for seniors or individuals with dementia or disabilities is preferred
Knowledge of medication administration procedures is an asset
Background in caregiving, home care, or personal support roles demonstrates robust foundational skills
Familiarity with cleaning routines, meal preparation, and basic household tasks supports holistic care delivery
Compassionate attitude combined with excellent communication skills is essential for building trust and rapport
