You will oversee Derivative Flower, Pre-Roll, and Infused Pre-Roll programs, coordinating internal R&D; with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and external partners. The role requires solid product development expertise, at least 5 years of domain experience, and proven people leadership in a regulated CPG setting.
