Conduct clinical triage and risk assessment for clients
Utilize screening tools for effective intake processes

Navigate barriers to access mental health and addictions services
Communicate with community resources for client referrals Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work required
Registration with Nova Scotia College of Social Workers
Three years of related mental health experience
Expertise in motivational interviewing and crisis support
