We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our team at New Hope Pioneer Lodge.

This role is crucial in assessing and meeting the care needs of our patients. In your responsibilities, you will coordinate care efforts with families and multidisciplinary teams, enhancing the overall communication framework within the facility. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patient care plans and needs
Plan and document care procedures effectively
Coordinate with team members and families for patient care
Encourage and participate in educational growth activities
Ensure continuous quality of care across all shifts Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) required
Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) needed
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proven skills in working autonomously and in teams
