Manage a patient roster of approximately 1400
Provide comprehensive family medicine including preventive care
Build long-term patient relationships and ensure continuity of care
Engage in acute and chronic disease management

MD or equivalent medical degree
Family Medicine training/certification or equivalent
Eligible for CPSO registration in Ontario
