We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscape Technician to join our team for the Fall Season. Key days: Thursday Friday Saturday. Optional work: Sunday Monday.
The ideal candidate will be On-time, Reliable and have basic knowledge on landscaping tools. This role requires hands-on experience with gardening, landscape maintenance, and operating mechanical and power tools to ensure the highest standards of outdoor aesthetics and functionality. The Landscape Technician will play a vital role in delivering quality landscape services that meet client expectations and promote healthy, beautiful outdoor environments.
Responsibilities
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, digging, raking, and planting to maintain healthy and attractive landscapes.
Use hand tools and power tools for tasks such as Sheers, Backpack blowers, lawn Mowers, Line Trimmers ect.
Conduct routine maintenance on landscape equipment to ensure optimal performance
Apply horticultural knowledge to select appropriate plants and maintain their health through proper care techniques
Follow safety protocols during all landscaping activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Driving crew and equipment to and from each site, this will include a trailer
Experience
Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools highly desirable
Knowledge of horticultural practices, plant care, and landscape construction techniques is a plus
Previous work involving construction or outdoor project installation is beneficial
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials as needed
Valid drivers license required for this position
