Responsibilities
Previous experience as a barista (at least 1 year) - knowledge of different coffee brewing methods - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee & tea
Take customer orders and process payments using debit / credit machines
Provide excellent communication and customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
Ability to handle a commercial oven and bake frozen products
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling and preparing food items
Collaborate with team members to ensure productive operation of the coffee shop

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred
Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting




Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
