Drive laboratory operations at ALS as a Laboratory/Warehouse Assistant. Focus on maintaining effective workflows and supporting sample handling in this full time position. This six-month fixed-term role requires hands-on, organized individuals ready to support the Batching Workflow team.

You will assist with sample tracking, ensuring timely sorting and staging of materials while adhering to laboratory standards. A commitment to accuracy and teamwork is expected in this quick-paced workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the movement and storage of client sample boxes
Update sample disposition using WebView system
Stage sample boxes for weighers and assist weighing processes
Maintain accuracy in sample tracking and storage
Communicate any workflow issues to management Requirements:
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in laboratory or warehouse settings is advantageous
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
Basic computer skills required Excel as a dependable Laboratory/Warehouse Assistant and enhance workflow efficiency at ALS.
