Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in experience
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and direct calls efficiently
Assist guests with check-out procedures, billing questions, and special requests
Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
Maintain front desk operations by managing guest records, reservations, and correspondence
Support guest services by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
Requirements
Proven experience in front desk operations or hospitality roles; hotel experience is preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
Robust customer service orientation with a positive attitude and active listening skills
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse guest populations effectively
Knowledge of hotel management software or reservation systems is advantageous
Ability to remain energetic, organized, and attentive in a quick-paced environment
