Site Administration provides essential clerical, data, and logistical support to operations in the Field. This would be a 7/ 7 rotation locally.

Responsibilities
Assisting department superintendents and managers with daily office tasks, correspondence, and document control.
Accurately entering data into computer systems for maintenance, inventory, or production records.
Complete daily work reports and submit hours for Field Supervisors/ Superintendents
Input various data from Fuel Sheets, Crusher Reports, and Circle Checks
Monitor project progress and report potential issues
Participating in safety toolboxes, and promoting the Day Safety policies
Assisting with employee orientation
Promoting the Day Safety Culture

Requirements
Minimum two (2) year Business Diploma or equivalent
Very positive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Capable of working independently as well as in a group
Must be able to lift when required
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality




Must have personal, protective equipment (PPE)
Must have valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
Current criminal record check

This is not camp work, local applicants preferred
