Duties
Prepare fresh sushi rolls according to established recipes and presentation standards
Handle food preparation tasks including slicing, assembling, and garnishing ingredients
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas
Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods, contributing to smooth operations
Serve customers with enthusiasm, taking orders and providing excellent food service experience
Follow food safety guidelines to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination

Skills




Experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with sushi or Japanese cuisine
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly
Knowledge of food handling safety practices within the food industry
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for serving guests and collaborating with team members
Familiarity with kitchen equipment used in sushi preparation and general food industry tools
Enthusiasm for learning new techniques related to sushi rolling and presentation
