In this role, you will provide short-term, solution-focused counseling, assisting individuals with personal and qualified challenges. The position emphasizes face-to-face counseling, with a focus on supporting employees navigating life’s complexities. Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-person, short-term EAP counseling services
Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
Support clients with workplace stress and personal issues
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and licensure requirements Requirements:
Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health
Minimum 3 years post-master’s clinical experience
Active qualified accreditation or registration
Qualified liability insurance coverage
