Front Desk Agent (Part-Time) – 1 Position Available

Days Inn by Wyndham London The Days Inn by Wyndham London is seeking a new candidate to join our team. A front desk agent ensures guests receive the best service possible from the property at all times. They are our guest’s first point of contact and create a valuable first impression.

Front desk agents are integral to the overall satisfaction and happiness of all who they provide service to. The front desk agent position is the perfect stepping stone on your path into hotels and further into management. There are many opportunities to learn and grow amongst our experienced team.

Position duties
Check guests in and out daily
Answer guest questions and requests with a friendly and courteous attitude
Be familiar with the city of London and provide directions to local attractions and places
Answer phone calls and take reservations
Organize Housekeeping assignments
Maintain a balanced cash float and complete daily deposits




Ensure guest satisfaction with courtesy calls

-Respond well to high pressure, fast paced environments
Inform guests about the benefits of Wyndham rewards and complete sign up requirements monthly
Answer to Management for all duties and questions
Resolve guest concerns as they arise

Requirements -Previous front desk/ reception/ concierge history is strongly preferred but not required
Demonstrate exercise superior conflict resolution skills
Robust communication skills in English, both written and verbal essential
Ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced workplace
Demonstrated strong customer service skills
Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays

Job Type: Part-time Job Types: Part time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$18.55 per hour
