Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and strong customer service skills are essential. The position offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills in a rapid-paced setting.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and processing
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations




Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally

Skills
Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry
Experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Basic math skills for bill calculation, cash handling, and upselling techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining professionalism
Familiarity with food safety protocols, food preparation, and sanitation standards
Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and guests seamlessly
