The Project Controls Team

Leader will take charge of control activities and guide a agile team of project controls personnel.

Your responsibilities include formulating work breakdown structures and integrated schedules and mitigating cost or schedule delays. Your leadership will support Fluor's mission to deliver top-tier solutions within the industry. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of project control strategies
Create and maintain EPC schedules
Recommend solutions for delays and impacts
Report performance variances to project management

Four-year degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience

Job-related technical knowledge for project success
Robust detail orientation and time management capacity
