Evening Shifts - Monday to Friday 3:00pm to11:00pm- 40h per week. Additional hours may be required from time to time.

We are a residential and commercial real estate management company operating primarily in Quebec and Ontario. We currently manage over 3000 high-end rental units as well as several commercial buildings and are rapidly expanding our portfolio. We are currently seeking candidates to join our team as a watchman in our properties.

: Security Guard

Applicants must hold a valid security guard licence with force

Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
Supervise CCTV systems to detect and prevent unauthorized activities
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious behavior
Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and security-related activities
Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
Manage packages brought into the premises
Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and customers as needed




Report any safety hazards or security breaches to the appropriate authorities

Experience
Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required
Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment is a plus
Strong observation skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
Basic computer skills for operating security systems
