Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
Ensure all food safety protocols are followed during food preparation, serving, and sanitation procedures




Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery and address guest requests promptly

Experience
Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology is advantageous
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently without compromising service quality
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices within the food industry
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
Basic math skills for accurate billing, cash handling, and transaction processing
Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
