Join the University of Alberta as an Executive Assistant in a hybrid work setting, supporting leadership with scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks. This one-year term role focuses on enhancing department operations and streamlining processes. In this vital position, you will support the Executive Director of Internal Audit and Risk Management.

Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing meetings, and overseeing financial projects. You will play a key role in facilitating smooth operations through effective communication and proactive problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Executive Director’s calendar and schedule meetings
Organize events, including room bookings and catering




Provide administrative support for various meetings
Draft routine communications for supervisor review
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Requirements:
High school diploma required
Advanced skills in MS Office and Google Suite
Proven multi-tasking and organizational abilities
Solid attention to detail and proactive mindset
Knowledge of U of A policies is a plus Leverage your organizational skills and administrative expertise to support the University of Alberta's Internal Audit and Risk Management team.
