Duties
Greet clients warmly, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out
Assist veterinary staff with basic animal handling, restraint, and care procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms, kennels, and treatment areas
Manage appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and follow-up communications
Support laboratory tasks such as sample collection and processing to aid diagnostics
Keep detailed records of patient information, treatments, and laboratory results with accuracy and confidentiality
