Oversee daily operations and ensure timely equipment setups
Manage costs to achieve financial targets

Analyze financial reports and recommend growth strategies
Lead a team that cultivates a team-oriented, learning setting Requirements:
High School Diploma; Bachelor's preferred
3+ years in audio-visual roles
1+ years in a supervisory capacity
Preferred experience in customer service or hospitality
