WSP is seeking a Senior Director, Corporate Compensation & Programs Delivery to drive global ESPP and LTIP programs within a matrix Global Total Rewards team based at our Montreal head office. You will partner with HR leaders, control governance, and deliver cross‑border compensation programs that affect leaders worldwide.

Ideal candidates bring 12–15 years in compensation or total rewards, solid analytics, and the ability to present to executives across cultures.
