We are seeking an experienced ESTIMATOR & Customer Service Representative who thrives in a rapid‑paced setting and is ready to take ownership of customer relationships, order management, creating estimates and day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare estimates using PrintSmith.
Enter and manage customer orders in Print Software
Oversee orders from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met
Provide customers with timely updates on order status, production progress, and delivery timelines
Coordinate with suppliers, manage incoming deliveries, and issue purchase orders as required
Maintain organized documentation, filing, and record‑keeping
Support in print finishing as needed.
Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments

Requirements
Mandatory: Experience using PrintSmith or similar print industry management software to prepare Estimates
Mandatory: Previous experience in the Print Industry
Strong understanding of paper types
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for customer and supplier interaction
Experience working with digital printers is an asset
Experience with promotional products and apparel printing is an advantage
