Join De Havilland Aircraft of Canada as an experienced Tool Maker in Victoria, BC. Design, fabricate, and repair essential tools for aerospace production in a team-oriented setting. As a Tool Maker/Machinist reporting to the Tooling Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining production cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, and specialized hand tools.

This role requires proficiency in conventional and CNC machining, laying out, and finishing various metals and plastics, all crucial to DHC's high-quality aerospace components. Key Responsibilities:
Machine aircraft parts from diverse materials
Program CNC equipment effectively
Review specifications and drawings accurately
Conduct in-process inspections thoroughly
Maintain a clean and protected work area Requirements:
Interprovincial Tool Maker or equivalent certification
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred
Familiarity with CNC programming and manual machinery
Experience in Aerospace or Aviation is advantageous
