We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering excellent food service. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety
Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during busy hours
Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation
Support meal preparation for special events or catering as needed





Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred, especially in a kitchen setting
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Strong understanding of food handling procedures and hygiene practices
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests
Familiarity with the food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance
Experience with serving or customer interaction is a plus but not required
Must be able to stand for extended periods and work efficiently during peak hours
