Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatcher for a full-time, on-site position located in Milton, ON. The Dispatcher will manage day-to-day operations by coordinating and scheduling freight deliveries, ensuring effective communication with drivers, and resolving any operational issues that may arise.

Responsibilities include booking loads from Load boards , creating delivery routes, monitoring transportation progress,



addressing client inquiries, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications
Proficiency in dispatching, load booking, route planning, and transportation management systems
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to coordinate effectively with drivers and clients
Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices in transportation and logistics
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, on-site environment and adapt to changing priorities
Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry is an advantage
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office software
