Job Summary

Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is in proper working order
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
Support the kitchen team by managing waste disposal and recycling procedures
Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a protected working environment for all staff
Restock dishware and utensils in their designated areas to facilitate smooth service flow
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleanup during busy service hours





Requirements
Prior experience in restaurant or food service settings is highly desirable
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and food handling safety protocols
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy loads
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and basic food preparation techniques is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace
Experience working in hotels or hospitality settings is advantageous but not mandatory
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in a rapid-paced setting
