We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to support small to medium-sized Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, and technology projects. The successful candidate will combine strong Business Analysis, Project Management, and Project Administration capabilities with a solid IT background. This role will be responsible for supporting projects from planning through execution while ensuring requirements, scope, risks, timelines, stakeholders, communications, and deliverables are effectively managed.

Requirements
Having any one of the following certifications or formal training are desirable:PRINCE2, ITIL, PROSCI, CBAP, PMI-PBA
Solid experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or PM/BA hybrid professional.
Experience supporting small to medium-sized technology projects.
Strong understanding of IT project environments.




Experience with Cyber Security and/or IT Infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
Experience performing requirements elicitation and requirements management.
Robust business process analysis and process modeling capabilities.
Experience with requirements traceability.
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops.
Experience supporting test planning and project quality activities.
Solid project coordination and project administration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project activities and priorities.
