We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who is interested in learning the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical business in order to grow, and build a career within our organization.

Qualifications and Experience
Fantastic phone demeanor and communication skills
Organized and detail oriented
Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing work/ tasks to be done
Computer literate and capable of leaning/utilizing industry software
Reliable (punctual with a positive attendance record)
Experience as a phone CSR is an asset
Familiarity with Electrical, HVAC or Plumbing trades is an asset

General Responsibilities
Handling inbound and outbound customer phone calls in a friendly and qualified manor.
Advising customers on services, procedures,



and fees and answering non-technical questions.
Scheduling appointments with customers.
Creating and maintaining accurate customer records.
Creating detailed and actionable Work Orders for technicians
Reviewing technician’s notes and findings and take appropriate follow up steps
Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing for customer accounts
