EXPERIENCED RENOVATION CARPENTER WANTED – KINGSTON

$35–$42/hour | Full-Time | Opportunity to Become Lead Carpenter / Site Supervisor

Constructing Concepts is looking for an experienced residential renovation carpenter to join our growing team in Kingston and the surrounding area.

This is not an entry-level position.

We're looking for someone who knows residential renovations, can work independently, solve problems and produce high-quality work without needing constant supervision.

What we're looking for
7+ years of residential construction/renovation experience preferred
Solid rough and finish carpentry skills
Framing, doors, trim, kitchens, bathrooms, basements and additions
Comfortable working in older/existing homes
Able to read plans and understand project scope
Organized and able to keep a job moving
Qualified and comfortable dealing with homeowners
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their workmanship

Experience running renovation projects or supervising other workers/trades is a major asset.

Compensation

$35–$42/hour based on experience and ability.

For an exceptional candidate, we're open to discussing a vehicle allowance/company vehicle arrangement and additional compensation as responsibilities increase.

Where This Can Lead

We're building a renovation team—not simply hiring someone for one project.

For the right person, this position can develop into a Lead Carpenter / Site Supervisor role, taking responsibility for projects in the field while working closely with the company owner.

If you're an experienced carpenter who's tired of bouncing between jobs and would like the opportunity to become an key part of a growing renovation company, we'd like to talk.
