We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Leader to oversee landscape maintenance projects and lead a team of workers for snow removal. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a passion for outdoor work, and experience in supervising teams. This role is essential for ensuring that all landscaping tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscape maintenance crew. .
Train team members on best practices for landscape maintenance.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or requests.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations.

Experience
Proven experience in snow removal and driving truck and trailer.
Robust supervisory skills with a track record of effective team leadership. .
Required:



Drivers License.
Brush/ Throwers/ Blower equipment experience. Will train the right candidate.Work outside.Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
