You will diagnose and resolve complex product issues for high-value enterprise clients, while collaborating with Product and R&D; to address critical bugs and influence future development.

You’ll use JSON, SQL, APIs, and webhooks for troubleshooting, participate in customer meetings, and guide integrations to optimize performance in diverse settings.
