Elevate community support as a Residential Community Living Worker with Connective in Kamloops, British Columbia. This role focuses on assisting clients with mental health challenges through personalized care and life skills training. As a member of a dedicated team at Connective, you will deliver residential and outreach services tailored to individuals facing mental health issues or developmental disabilities.

This role requires planning activities that enhance your clients’ quality of life while addressing their physical and emotional needs through individual and group counseling. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual assessments and counselor sessions
Develop life skills programs, including meal prep and personal care




Assist with daily living activities and emotional support
Supervise residents to ensure safety and well-being
Liaise with the Case Management Team for client progress Requirements:
Minimum one year experience in mental health support
Diploma in Human/Social Services or equivalent
Class 5 BC driver’s license and vehicle access
Valid criminal record check and first aid certification
