You will oversee proposal kickoffs, manage risk workshops, and ensure timely submission while adhering to corporate guidelines. This position requires robust leadership and organizational skills to coordinate efforts across technical, legal, and commercial stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the designated bid team for proposal development




Facilitate kickoff and progress meetings for proposals
Create and review proposal templates and content
Conduct Red Team and Gold Team reviews for quality assurance
Maintain CRM database updates for bid submissions Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of proposal management experience
APMP membership or certification preferred
Master’s degree in relevant fields is a plus
PMP certification preferred
