Lead business development across M&A; and public listings
Build and manage a solid pipeline of clients and transactions
Develop relationships with investment community leaders
Identify companies for IPOs, RTOs, and other listings
Represent the firm at conferences and investor forums Requirements:
7–10+ years in investment banking or capital markets
Experience with going-public transactions
Strong understanding of CSE, TSXV, TSX markets
