In this role, you will provide leadership for the organization's Client Safety Program, ensuring effective implementation and continuous improvement of safety frameworks. You will collaborate with operational leaders and facilitate a culture of safety by incorporating educational initiatives and proactive strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Lead VHA’s Client Safety Program development and implementation
Establish and monitor client safety priorities and goals




Provide organization-wide consultation on client safety expertise
Chair the Client Safety Committee governance
Monitor safety trends and advance harm prevention strategies Requirements:
Master’s degree in a health-related field
Minimum five years experience in patient/client safety
Certification in patient/client safety required
Experience leading organizational safety initiatives
