Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to maintain a protected and enjoyable atmosphere
Change and move kegs and assist with packaging operations when necessary
Opportunities to be involved with event planning, social media, and marketing

Skills
Proficiency in using a POS (Point of Sale) system to process orders and payments
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously




Willingness to help out in other areas of the establishment as needed
Strong hospitality and customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for guests

-Ability to lift 50 lbs to waist height
Guaranteed 25+ hours per week, if agreed to
Monthly spending account at the brewery
Extensive beer training with our brewing staff
Skout Brewing Co will pay for Cicerone training, if interested

Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: From $17.00 per hour
