We’re looking for an Evening Line Cook to join the culinary team at Manoomin Restaurant at the Wyndham Garden Winnipeg Airport.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prepare and execute menu items to recipe, portion and presentation standards.
Set up, stock and maintain your station for smooth service.
Keep food quality, safety, cleanliness and organization at a high standard.
Work closely with the culinary team and jump in wherever needed during busy service.
Follow proper food storage and FIFO practices while helping minimize waste.

WHAT YOU BRING
2–3 years of Line Cook experience, ideally in a busy hotel or restaurant.
A positive, hardworking attitude and robust work ethic.
Ability to stay focused and organized in a quick-paced kitchen.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Pride in your work and a commitment to quality.
