Foundation Physiotherapy and Wellness is a group of up-to-date health care clinics located in Toronto. We are looking to add a part-time Client Experience Assistant at Trinity Bellwoods (Dundas/Bathurst). This is the ideal job for a passionate and engaging service orientated candidate to work in a positive health care setting!

Foundation Physiotherapy is a physiotherapist-owned and operated facility. We provide physiotherapy, chiropractic and massage therapy services to clients living and/or working in downtown Toronto.

Position Overview

We require enthusiastic individuals to regularly engage with clients, along with ensuring the clinic's experience is kept at a high quality.

The ideal candidate would have previous customer service experience in gym/fitness settings, retail, or catering/hospitality.

Experience with billing, invoicing, collections and creating email communication would be an asset.



The ideal candidate should have availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays (12pm - 8pm) and Saturdays (9am-5pm).

Responsibilities include
High quality interactions with clients of the facility
Delivering client services such as inquiries, bookings, payments
Administrative tasks as assigned
Maintenance and upkeep of the facility
Understanding and selling related health care services and products
Preparing and implementing marketing events
Developing and delivering company promotions and onsite marketing events
Smiling, laughing and having a good time!
