Duties
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and internal records
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve them promptly
Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments
Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements,



and cash flow statements for management review
Assist with budgeting activities by monitoring expenses and revenue against forecasts

Requirements
Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation with precision
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams or external vendors
Prior experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account analysis is highly desirable
