Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of facilities
Conduct routine inspections and identify any issues or repairs needed
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical components
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling and overseeing contractors when necessary
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

Experience:




Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Familiarity with electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues with logic controllers
Proficiency in performing basic fabrication tasks, such as welding or carpentry
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
