The RoleAs a Warehouse & Stockroom Associate, you are the backbone of the store's daily efficiency. You will manage incoming merchandise shipments, organize stock, and ensure the sales floor is fully stocked with the right products at the right time. This is a highly active, fast-paced role that requires robust attention to detail and great teamwork.Key Responsibilities
Shipment Processing: Unload, unpack, and verify incoming inventory twice a week, ensuring accuracy against packing slips.
Organization & Maintenance: Maintain a highly organized, clean, and accessible stockroom according to Zara's global merchandising standards.
Merchandise Preparation: Sensor, alarm, hanger, and steam garments swiftly to prepare them for the sales floor.
Inventory Control: Track and organize stock by model, size, and colour using RF scanners and inventory management systems.
Sales Floor Support: Replenish merchandise on the sales floor throughout the day to maximize sales opportunities and support the customer service team.
Loss Prevention: Adhere to store safety policies and loss prevention procedures to minimize inventory shrinkage.

What We Are Looking For
Experience:



Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse, retail stockroom, fulfillment center, or similar physically active setting is preferred, but not required.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, and safely lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
Speed & Efficiency: A quick learner who thrives under tight timelines and enjoys working in a agile environment.
Organization Skills: Exceptional eye for detail with a knack for keeping physical spaces neat, structured, and organized.
Flexibility: Availability to work versatile schedule, including early mornings (shipment days), late nights, or weekends depending on store needs.
