Join Blackline Safety as an Afternoon SMT Operator, where your skills in setting up and maintaining SMT equipment are vital. Drive quality in electronic assemblies while ensuring every worker returns home safely. In this crucial role, you will report to the Production Manager, taking charge of SMT equipment setup and operation.
Your responsibilities also include visual inspections, rework, and compliance with high manufacturing standards. Collaboration with the Lead Hand and team members will enhance production efficiency and promote continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Operate SMT equipment for electronic assembly
Conduct preventive maintenance on SMT machinery
Perform visual inspections for quality assurance
Document procedures and report issues proactively
Rework defective SMT boards as necessary Requirements:
High school diploma; Technical Diploma preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience as SMT operator
Knowledge of IPC-610 standards for electronic assemblies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles Elevate production quality and collaborate effectively at Blackline Safety in a rewarding SMT role.
