Health Care Aide (HCA)

Position Summary

Our team is hiring Health Care Aides in Calgary to support our growing team. You will be responsible for going home to home providing aides to daily living for seniors who live in their own home. You must be a certified Health Care Aide, with a valid drivers license and your own vehicle.

We’re looking for Health Care Aides who have a passion for working with the senior population. This role requires a Health Care Aide certificate and a willingness to drive since your day-to-day work will be going from home to home providing care to seniors living in their own home.

We're looking for a self-starter who can manage their time effectively. The role requires drive and a sense of accountability because the day-to-day working workplace will involve very little direct supervision.

Qualifications
You must have a drivers license and will be willing to drive from home to home




You must have a Health Care Aide certificate
You should be registered with the CLHA
you must be reliable and be willing to work every second weekend
Must be open to work anywhere in the city

Responsibilities
Perform quality care for all clients that have been assigned.
Responding to office requests when called to work.
Follow all client care plans and orders provided for client care.
Maintain appropriate client records and documentation.
Deliver all services in accordance with applicable regulations, laws, company policies

Pay: $17.75-$18.50 per hour
