Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and qualified Bartender / Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service, robust time management skills, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities
Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety standards and company policies
Serve food items promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Ensure proper cash handling and cashiering procedures during transactions
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining experience
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with effective time management




Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service operations
Follow all food handling, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant or food industry service preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Hospitality mindset with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Serving or food industry certifications are a plus but not required
